When you look at our Dea like that, you don’t realize what an extraordinary dog ​​you have just met. All you see is a medium-sized female dog, a dog that is carrying too much weight at the moment, the coat is short, a dog like so many people might think. But when you consider that despite all the bad years spent in a cramped kennel, this dog remained an absolutely happy and people-oriented dog, then you realize what a great character she has. Dea ended up in the city animal shelter when she was about 3 months old and she was only allowed to leave this place after seven long years. Dea was never allowed to go for a walk; there were no happy moments in which she was allowed to run around happily. There was only this kennel, day in and day out. Some dogs withdraw completely and give up, others eat out of boredom. Dea belongs to the latter category. Now that she has found a temporary home with Cornelia, Dea is finally allowed to do some physical activity, she is allowed to run around freely and is also taken on walks. As beautiful as our Dea’s life may seem now, she should have the chance to finally get to know her family and be given a loving and species-appropriate home.
